BETWEEN THE NUMBERS/ OUR READ ON THE MARKET
 
Activity continues to increase at Hidden Valley with the capital improvements, upgraded snowmaking, and new John Harvard pub coming soon. Most activity is still under $250,000, but we are finally seeing some transfers over $300,000. We anticipate this trend to continue as Buncher Group makes this the Happening Valley in the Laurel Highlands.
 
Seven Springs  prices have stayed neutral and overall sales slightly under this time last year. Increase in resale properties in Southwind and  slightly more inventory available than last year in all communities mostly due to increased days on market.
 
Regardless of what is happening on the national picture, continued investments by the new owners of both resorts and the lack of sub-prime financing in this area have kept properties at both resorts stable. Look at the numbers, our listings are consistantly getting over 95% of list with a slight increase in DOM. Add in the Flight 93 Memorial and we still forcast the Laurel Highlands as being a top east coast destination.
